Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, assisting physicians, monitoring physiological data, administering medications, and interacting with patients and families regarding care plans and hospital procedures. The RN also delegates tasks to support staff and makes referrals as needed. Required Qualifications: One year of nursing experience. Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: None specified. Required Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
