RN Clinic Manager - Oncology - Hematology/SCTCT

Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some meetings and work to occur outside of those hours. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager - Oncology to:

• Direct and evaluate the department's workforce including staff scheduling and performance.
• Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates.
• Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
• Prior experience in Oncology is preferred
• 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred

• Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
