Outreach Coordinator (Full-time, Day shift)

Hudson Regional Health – Bolo Behen Outreach Coordinator Hudson Regional Health invites applications for the role of Bolo Behen Outreach Coordinator. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the coordinator, the outreach educator will manage a small caseload to provide linkage and referrals to community resources; provide educational outreach in Hudson County New Jersey school districts, colleges, and community or professional groups; respond to hotline calls from victims of sexual assault; and provide administrative assistance. Qualifications Education: BA/BS in education, psychology, social work, public relations, sociology, women’s studies or related field, or equivalent experience (Preferred) Work Experience: 0-1 years experience with victims of sexual assault (required); public speaking and presentation experience. Effective written and oral communication skills. Bilingual – Fluent in Hindi/Urdu or any other South Asian languages (preferred). Licensure/Certifications: Completed 40-hour Rape Crisis Training; Valid NJ Driver’s License (preferred). Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
