They model a calm, professional demeanor and keep every shift running smoothly. Job Requirements Must be 18+ years of age. 6+ months of proven management experience in the food-service industry or a related leadership role. Hands‑on position; must physically work all shifts, supporting guests and staff. Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic. Leads by example and upholds high operational standards. Coach and provide ongoing feedback to the team. Has reliable transportation to and from work. Available full‑time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Positive employment track record with references. Physical Requirements Constant standing and walking. Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely. Occasional ladder or stair use. Constant use of computer, point-of-sale register, and other equipment. Frequent wrist and spine flexing and rotation. Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area. Constant verbal communication with teammates and guests. Clear vision at near and/or far distances. Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions. Compensation Hourly rate $15.00 - $19.00, with quarterly bonus potential.
