Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

The role involves assisting in patient treatment, providing exercise instruction, and patient education to enhance well-being, following a plan of care set by a supervising Physical Therapist. Key responsibilities include: Performing procedures within legal and trained scope, reporting patient responses, and coordinating with healthcare team. Instructing patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic training. Observing, recording, and reporting patient progress and condition changes. Adapting to diverse home environments and patient needs. Qualifications: Current licensure or certification to practice physical therapy. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation. Availability for weekend work. Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain it. Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and assisting with mobility. Compensation: Total annual pay ranges from $55,329 to $82,993, including per visit and hourly pay, based on productivity and experience.
