Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

The role involves assisting in patient treatment, providing exercise instruction, and patient education to enhance well-being, following a plan of care set by a supervising Physical Therapist.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing procedures within legal and trained scope, reporting patient responses, and coordinating with healthcare team.
• Instructing patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic training.
• Observing, recording, and reporting patient progress and condition changes.
• Adapting to diverse home environments and patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure or certification to practice physical therapy.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Availability for weekend work.

Preferred:

• CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and assisting with mobility.

Compensation:

• Total annual pay ranges from $55,329 to $82,993, including per visit and hourly pay, based on productivity and experience.
