About the Role:
Make a real impact every day. Join BrightStar Care as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) and provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a child in the comfort of their home Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm. Youll play a vital role in supporting both the patient and their family while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

What You'll Do:
Administer medications and treatments (within RN scope)
Monitor vital signs and patient condition
Provide pediatric care (including G-tube care)
Support and educate families on care plans
Collaborate with RNs and care teams
Document care and maintain accurate records
Follow individualized care plans
Report changes in patient condition promptly
Participate in training and development

What We're Looking For:
Active California RN license
1+ year pediatric or home health experience (preferred)
BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused
EMR experience preferred
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
