Job Functions:

• Coordinate and facilitate communication with external vendors and customers, as well as internal personnel
• Provide project management for contracts from assigned customers
• Provide order status to internal team and external customers
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC

Position Requirements - Skills Requires:

• Excellent customer services skills and abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Ability to complete tasks individually or as a member of a team
• Project management skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to multi-task between computer work and shop floor

Education and Experience Required:

• Customer Service experience
• Some College courses, preferred
• 2 years of contract experience, preferred
