Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts on Mondays & Tuesdays from June 15-September 29 at their Corporate Health clinic in St. Augustine, FL. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, triage and first aid/treatment for workplace injuries, physicals, and wellness services. Hours are Monday 8:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday 10:00am-7:00pm on Tuesday, both with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified, DOT Certified, and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Fingerprinting is also required for this Client. Current shift needs are June 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, & 30, July 6, 7, 13, 14, 21, 27, & 28, August 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25, & 31, and September 1, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, & 29.
