Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all clinical decision-making
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system as part of daily clinical workflow

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification required
• EPIC experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
