Receptionist Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls, providing a welcoming and professional experience for all callers
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail; assist with general office support as needed
• Contribute to administrative and special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities; resourceful and proactive problem-solving
• Professional attitude and appearance with a strong customer-service mindset
• EPIC software experience a plus

Additional Information

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $48,000 to $52,000 per year.
