Senior Outside Sales Representative

To drive strategic sales initiatives and expand customer relationships, the full-time remote Senior Outside Sales Representative will manage a diverse portfolio of RF components while collaborating with regional representatives and internal teams to identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to grow overall business Collaborate with regional manufacturer's representatives and distribution partners to expand market reach Identify and develop strategic opportunities at key accounts to drive long-term growth Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in RF components or related technologies Strong understanding of RF technologies, including both active and passive components Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term customer relationships Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
