About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its commercial and residential services business, with a focus on pool maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic growth plan, as well as identifying opportunities to expand services, markets, and geographic reach. This role requires a leader who can evaluate and pursue M&A, partnerships, and diversification opportunities to enhance growth and service offerings. Operational excellence is a key aspect, involving the oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple service lines, driving standardization, efficiency, and scalability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The ideal CEO will have a proven track record in a senior executive role within the pool services industry, with a strong background in multi-service operations and scaling multi-location or multi-division businesses. Experience in managing a P&L of $50M+ and a history of success in leading M&A, growth initiatives, or large-scale expansion are highly valued. The role also demands strong financial acumen, a strategic mindset, and operational discipline. The CEO will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure a superior customer experience. Additionally, the role involves representing the company externally and driving brand reputation and visibility in the residential and commercial services sectors.
