• Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, heating, no-heat, and no-hot-water issues
• Complete drain cleaning and basic heating-related service calls
• Educate customers and present solutions using a professional Good-Better-Best approach
• Utilize Housecall Pro (HCP) to manage customer information, estimates, and job progress
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the OAP brand with professionalism
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments on every job

• Proven experience as a service plumber (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and industry standards
• Ability to diagnose issues and confidently recommend solutions
• Experience with heating systems, furnaces, and troubleshooting is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to being part of a winning team
