New Iberia, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Yard Supervisor to oversee forklift operators, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and manage Work in Progress (WIP) within a pipe yard and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the piping market, oilfield tubular products, or related industries and possess strong knowledge of pipe materials and customer-specific product requirements.

Essential Duties: •Supervise daily yard operations including loading, unloading, staging, movement, and storage of materials •Oversee forklift operators and ensure safe and efficient handling of pipe and oilfield products •Operate and/or supervise operation of large forklifts handling 30-foot pipes weighing approximately 16,000–18,000 lbs as needed •Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and maintain accurate documentation and paperwork •Monitor and track Work in Progress (WIP) to support inventory control and operational efficiency •Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality, accuracy, and customer specifications •Identify and verify different pipe materials and oilfield products based on customer requirements •Communicate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to manage workflow priorities •Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safe operations throughout the yard and warehouse •Assist with inventory counts, material tracking, and operational reporting •Train and mentor yard personnel on operational procedures and safety expectations

Requirements/Skills: •Previous experience as a Yard Supervisor, Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar leadership role •Experience operating or supervising operation of large-capacity forklifts in industrial or pipe yard environments •Prior experience moving oversized pipe loads and handling long materials preferred •Knowledge of tubing, piping materials, oilfield tubular products, and related applications preferred •Experience in the piping market, rental equipment industry, oilfield tubular operations, or related industrial environments strongly preferred •Ability to identify different pipe materials and understand customer-specific product requirements •Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills •Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and WIP monitoring •Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred •Basic computer and inventory system proficiency required

Physical Requirements: •Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions •Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

•Ability to safely work around heavy equipment and moving materials in warehouse and yard environments •Must wear required PPE including work boots (steel-toe boots not required) •Hard hat is not required as work is not performed under overhead crane operations
