Customer Service Representative

Medicap Home Medical is looking for a dependable, full-time Customer Service Representative for our Creston, IA location. Responsibilities include in person customer service, as well as answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store, communication with healthcare professionals and insurance billing. Drug test and criminal background check required. This position does require the ability to participate in a telephone-based on-call rotation, with some evening and weekend hours required Competitive pay rate commensurate with experience.
