NOW HIRING: A+ European Diagnostic Technician

Full-Time | $125,000 Guaranteed | $70 Per Flagged Hour

Are you the tech other techs come to when they're stuck?

You know the car. It's already been to two shops and the dealer. There's a pile of new parts in the trunk and it's still broken.

Other techs start guessing. You scope it, pull the wiring diagram, and prove what's actually wrong.

We work on European vehicles, and we pay for real diagnostic skill.

The Money:

• $125,000 annual guarantee , so a slow week never cuts your income.
• $80 per flagged hour production rate.
• Real room to earn above the guarantee.
• Compensation is proposed. Final terms will be set in a written pay plan.

What You'll Do:

• Take the hard electrical, drivability, emissions, and mechanical cases on BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo.
• Confirm the cause with scan data, wiring diagrams, meters, and a scope before a single part gets ordered.
• Fix it right the first time and write notes the next tech can actually follow.
• Give service advisors straight answers and realistic repair times.
• Raise the diagnostic standard for the entire shop.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional European repair experience.
• Daily, hands-on oscilloscope use, not once-a-month.
• Comfort moving across multiple European makes.
• Quality work at a steady, consistent pace.
• Clear communication and a willingness to make the techs around you better.
