Job Overview Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sr. Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role requires a strong understanding of business goals, processes, and system integration to deliver scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions. The Solution Architect will analyze stakeholder requirements, define architectural frameworks, and develop high-level and review detailed solution designs. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Product Owners, Agile development teams, and IT leadership to ensure solution integrity, alignment with roadmaps, and successful system integration. What you will do: As the Sr. Principal Solution Architect, you will… Design solutions across a USRB portfolio that address significant business problems and deliver measurable value. Evolve and maintain conceptual and high-level architecture, ensuring consistency with enterprise and domain-level guiding principles and business objectives. Ensure solutions meet broad non-functional requirements, including resiliency, availability, maintainability, upgradeability, and scalability. Shepherd the detail design ensuring the detail design aligns with the high-level design and architecture direction. Communicate architectural approach to stakeholders, translating technical concepts for business and cross-functional understanding. Lead architecture documentation, technology evaluations, and vendor assessments to ensure solutions are scalable, cost effective, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and vendors to define target state capabilities, prioritize strategic initiatives, and ensure successful execution. Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple delivery teams, making key architecture decisions, managing tradeoffs, and mitigating technical risks. Total Rewards Salary Range: $130,000 - 180,000 Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements Who you are: Strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including waterfall, agile, SAFe, DevOps, and others. Strong technical expertise across modern IT ecosystems, such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, event-driven IT, and analytics. Experience designing enterprise data and AI solutions leveraging Customer 360, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, AI agents, predictive insights, recommendation engines, and generative AI capabilities. Strong leadership in solution architecture and strategic delivery, from vision through execution, including cross-functional team management and stakeholder communication. Experience in Salesforce eco system, B2B Commerce, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform architecture, with experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide commercial capabilities. Strong skills in translating business needs into technical solutions and mentoring team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, System Analysis, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience Typically, 8+ years of experience in IT and business/industry including architecture experience (design, development, deployment, road-mapping), systems life cycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations Experience in working in multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
