Human Resources Manager Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands‑on, strategic role supporting the full employee lifecycle and shaping the next stage of organizational development as the firm continues to expand. Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr – $165,000.00/yr Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required. 10+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including management‑level exposure, required. Prior experience working in financial services or professional experiences, required. Highly organized, adaptable, and detail‑oriented, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cultures.
