Siding and Roofing Account Manager - AZ

This role will require the ability to travel approximately 50%

Responsibilities:

• Develop regional territory sales plans with realistic territory potential, achievable targets and predictable revenue growth.
• Develop long-term new customer targets and strategic partnerships with actionable goals to attain their business.
• Develop strong relationships with siding and roofing vendors to obtain project lead opportunities.
• Participate in related construction association events to continue to develop current/new opportunities.
• Maintain current and accurate activities of sales efforts through BrandSafway CRM interface (Salesforce)
• Understanding of specifications/project drawings within division 7 siding and roofing scope of work.
• Coordinate with estimating team to deliver requested proposals to meet the customer's request.
• Follow-up on proposals to customers in a convincing manner and respond to customer questions and/or objections to secure the sale.
• Maintain awareness of competitor's sales efforts and programs in the assigned regional territory.
