Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple applications and domains
• Ensures compliance with enterprises, change management standards, drive operational excellence, and manage risks while supporting Agile delivery
• Mentor team members, identify process gaps, and collaborate with senior technology leaders to achieve strategic goals

Requirements:

• 10+ years in a similar role, e.g. Release manager, Release operations, Change Management
• Release Mgmt. Lead
• Primary skills – Release Management, Change Management, Agile Methodologies
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Able to handle multiple applications and releases at Domain or Tech Executive level
• Able to own tasks and support management in achieving the stated goals
• Mentor new team members
• Expected to identify Process gaps, Risk, and other Operational Excellence items
• Proficient in working on ITSM Remedy Change Management tool
• Expert knowledge on MRA 2 guidelines

Desired skills:

• Release & Change Management Tools: ITSM Remedy Change Management
• Compliance Expertise: MRA 2 guidelines, Enterprise Change Management standards
• Agile Frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, and Agile principles
• Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and risk management capabilities

Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
