If this is you,we’dlove to talk. What You Will Do​Manage risk and lead negotiations for all local categoriesacross locations, using appropriate e-sourcing tools and techniques. Ensuring appropriatecontingency plans are in place in accordance to procurement policies and procedures.Align with requester on missing specification and clarify user requirements relating to free-text requests (one-time purchases)To support Business Partnering to drive continuous improvement through cost saving projects, organizing trials, implementing supplier changes and tracking savingsIdentify suppliers as per the category instructions (preferred supplier list) and execute quick RFQsEnsure compliance with Essity procedures, purchasing policy and financial instructionsDeliver Procurement EfficiencyIdentify and execute saving initiatives Execute and implement procurement strategy in area of responsibilityBuilding sustainable relationships with suppliersApprove supplier request and ensure supplier compliance with local categoriesEnsure an up-to-date source list (Contract/ Catalog /Purchase Info Records) for local suppliersContribute to Procurement ExcellenceWho You AreA bachelor degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, technical background, procurement, or comparable professional education,3+ years of experience in similar or adequate role in procurement environmentOrganized and comfortable with ambiguityBeing able to prioritize and troubleshoot requestsStrong communication abilityGood Project Management skillsetAbility todemonstratea strong work ethicWhat We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual andempoweremployees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Compensation and Benefits: Expected CompensationCompetitiveannual salary +annual incentive bonus+ benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualizedfactorssuch asknowledge, skills, and experience.
