Utilizing customer service skills and established processes, the full-time remote Underwriting Service Specialist will analyze information, issue policies and endorsements, and collaborate with underwriters and global teams to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Key responsibilities Issue policies and endorsements while ensuring proper file documentation and setup Review account information for data entry and process various underwriting transactions and requests Collaborate with brokers and prepare reports as needed to support underwriting activities Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of Underwriting Assistant experience within commercial Property & Casualty Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and customer-focused Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
