Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Base salary ranging from $425K-$500K 
• Additional wRVU incentives with significant earning upside

• Shared call schedule averaging only 8 days per month 
• Average of one consult per call day 
• Approximately 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient practice mix
