Polymer Synthetic Chemist

Keywords: Polymer Synthesis, Polyoxazoline (Pox), Polymer behaviors, Characterization, NMR, GPC, FTIR, Pilot scale, Job Description: Demonstrated track record in designing and synthesizing custom polymers for medical device or pharmaceutical use. Proficient with various polymer synthesis methodologies, especially in producing polyoxazoline (POx) derivatives via cationic ring-opening polymerization and related techniques. Hands-on experience in scaling polymer synthesis from laboratory to pilot level. Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial research is required. Excellent communication skills and team orientation. A demonstrated ability to innovate independently and thrive in collaborative settings. Diligent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and lab safety.
