What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following all standards of care and facility policies
• Conduct assessments, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing assistants and support staff
• Ensure resident safety and maintain a healing environment
• Adhere to state regulations and JCAHO standards as applicable
• Document resident care accurately and thoroughly
• Support the Villa Way of Kindness through compassionate, patient-centered care

What You Need

Required:

• Active Michigan LVN/LPN license
• Prior experience in long-term care facilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience with medication administration and resident assessments
• Flexibility to adapt to changing scheduling needs
