Sr Electrical Engineer

Job TitlePlans and implements the design, manufacture, installation and/or maintenance of electrical systems and apparatusJob DescriptionDesigns, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to designs. Performs extensive testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved. Conducts research and studies new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.Additional ResponsibilitiesDesigns and develops new brushed and multiphase brushless DC electric motors. Performs design experiments related to motor designs and develops test methods, from concept to planning and execution stage. Conducts motor performance predictions by analyses of actual data and through the development of design related algorithms in addition to the existing methods.Required QualificationsAssociate's Degree and 5-7 years' experienceEngineering degree requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's DegreeOral and Written Communication.
