*Qualifications*

* Required Education – JD * Actively barred in: Colorado * Entry-level attorneys encouraged to apply * Enthusiasm to go to court and develop litigation skills is fantastic * Must reside in Colorado

*Responsibilities*

* Work remotely from a home office or in our Englewood office * Suttell & Hammer maintains a small remote office located in Englewood, CO with a seasoned CO Attorney * Remote and in-person court appearances on behalf of our clients * Conduct legal research and writing * Review and approve pleadings and correspondence * Negotiate to resolve matters prior to trial * No billable hour requirement
