Country Growth & Marketing Manager II (Sr. Director Level)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the country growth strategy to increase customer demand, engagement, and brand loyalty.
• Lead the overall growth agenda by identifying strategic and operational opportunities that drive profitable business performance.
• Partner with the executive leadership team to align local initiatives with broader business priorities.
• Build strong brand positioning by leveraging market insights and customer needs.
• Drive omnichannel growth by integrating retail, digital, and service experiences.
• Ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead country development initiatives while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop senior leaders, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Promote collaboration, succession planning, talent development, and organizational excellence.

• Omnichannel Retail Strategy: Integrating physical stores, digital commerce, and service operations seamlessly.

• Industry Background: Must come from the retail space with a strong background in retail commercial strategy.
• Preferred Companies: Candidates coming from global retail organizations such as H&M, Zara, or Decathlon are highly preferred.
• Leadership: Must possess exceptional leadership capabilities suited for a senior director-level role.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, commercial, or retail leadership.
• Minimum 10+ years of leadership/people management experience, managing large cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience leading business growth strategies within large retail or consumer-focused organizations.
• Strong background in brand management, customer engagement, and commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation, driving profitability, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
