Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing Location: Middletown, NY Job Type: Part-Time | Per Diem Pay: $38.00/hour Shifts: All Shifts Available Schedule: Thursday-Sunday | Flexible Scheduling Position Overview Our client is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for flexible per diem work while making a difference in the lives of geriatric residents. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN or physician. Accurately document resident care and medical information. Provide compassionate support to residents and their families. Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures. Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team. Qualifications Active New York State LPN license. 1+ year of relevant nursing experience required; 2 years of geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical and communication skills. Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented. Current CPR certification and required medical clearances prior to starting. Before Starting Provide your availability for the full month to assist with scheduling. Complete two mandatory buddy shifts before picking up shifts independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
