DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Loading/unloading of trucks; move daily production into plant; pull daily orders
• Intake, tracking and internal delivery of external packages
• Inventory of products; monthly inventory counts performed
• Ordering materials needed in warehouse
• Documentation of paperwork for all exports
• Training new employees in receiving
• Safety – for all employees in receiving and plant areas
• Check forklift condition each day/each week and maintain control over forklifts and all material handling equipment; review and turn in equipment checklists as directed.
• Create better systems to control the material handling equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School or GED equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Outlook
• English fluency • Forklift Certification
• 3 years experience in Warehousing
• 1 year experience as Warehouse
• 1 year experience with Export documentation
• Ability to use/be trained in Navision and FasTrak
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and organized
• Needs little supervision
• Strong team player
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position will spend 95% of the time in manufacturing environment. During time spent in the manufacturing environment, this position is subject to moderate noise levels, very light dust, high and low temperatures and other standard elements of such environments.
