• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,900 - $3,060
• Location: Burlingame, CA 94010 (San Francisco Bay Area, California nursing jobs)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026)
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (variable start times between 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM)
• Weekend Call: Required (travel Cath Lab RN weekend coverage)
• Patient Population: Adults (cardiac, interventional cardiology, EP patients)

Travel Cath Lab RN Requirements

• Active California RN license required at time of submission (CA RN)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience in cardiac catheterization, interventional cardiology, or electrophysiology
• Epic charting experience preferred (electronic medical records / EMR)
• Ability to provide a 7-year work history verification
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing; only one holiday off approved during contract

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), structural heart procedures, and electrophysiology studies
• Monitor and manage patients during invasive procedures and provide post-procedure recovery and discharge teaching
• Perform specialized tasks including sheath removal, pacemaker insertion assistance, cardiac stent support, and vascular closure systems
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, EP physicians, radiology techs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to on-call and weekend needs as scheduled for this travel nurse cath lab role
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic or the facility's EMR (preferred)
