As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP) , you’ll partner with Senior Financial Consultant(s) to support and grow affluent practice. In this client-facing role, you’ll strengthen relationships, deliver personalized service, and build advisory skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. You’ll play a key role connecting clients and advisors, uncovering opportunities, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow their impact and expertise. Build strong relationships with Senior Financial Consultant(s) and serve as a trusted partner in supporting their practice, client engagement, service, and ongoing business development Support delivery of client solutions aligned to financial goals Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth Prepare for and support client meetings, including documentation and follow-up Collaborate across the branch and firm to deliver seamless client experience Maintain accurate client information and support daily operations Why you’re set up for success: • Schwab Training and Development Start with Wealth Management University—a four-week, live virtual program designed to build your foundation for success. What you have The expertise you bring:

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job
• Relevant experience in financial services or a similar client-facing, sales, or advisory environment preferred
