As Senior Project Manager, you will own commercial projects through the full design-build lifecycle, shaping design direction early and carrying that vision through construction and closeout. You will be the trusted point of contact for owners, the voice that gives design teams clear and constructive feedback, and the leader accountable for schedule, budget, and quality. Role Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects across every phase, including design development, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Work closely with design teams and consultants, offering clear, constructive feedback that keeps design aligned with owner goals, budget, and constructability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners and clients, building strong relationships and maintaining consistent, transparent communication throughout each project.
• Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts, identifying risks early and putting solutions in place.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, change orders, and procurement.
• Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, and field teams to uphold quality, safety, and schedule commitments.
• Use project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam to track documentation, submittals, RFIs, and progress reporting.
• Weigh calculated risks and make sound decisions that protect the project, the client, and the company.
• Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $3M and $40M.
• Track record of leading projects through the full design process, from initial concept through closeout.
• Proficiency with project management software, including Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior living construction experience; multifamily or hospitality project experience will also be considered.
• Proven ability to deliver effective feedback to design teams, owners, and clients.
