Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $253.50

What You'll Do:

• Provide labor and delivery coverage for approximately 500-600 births annually
• Perform routine labor management, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum rounding
• Manage emergency gynecologic consults as needed
• Support hospital staff during shifts, including handling high-volume patient care
• Support limited high-risk obstetrics with no VBAC transfers for less than 36 weeks
• Collaborate with support staff and facility teams to ensure quality care
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation

What You Need:

• Active MD/DO license (IMLC accepted)
• Board Certified in OB-GYN
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Willingness to float to affiliated sites as needed (Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, Madison)

About the Assignment:

This hospital-based OB-GYN role focuses primarily on labor and delivery, with a mix of routine obstetric procedures and limited high-risk cases. Shifts are 24 hours, with a preference for blocked scheduling, providing stability and consistency during your assignment.
