Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the clubhouse and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain clubhouse interior spaces such as lobby, dining areas, hallways, meeting rooms, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restroom supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper)
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting furniture, wiping counters, and cleaning doors
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas near clubhouse entrances (pick up debris, sweep walkways)
- Report necessary repairs, maintenance needs, or safety issues to supervisor
- Assist with setup or cleanup for special events and member functions as required
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Basic understanding of cleaning equipment use (vacuum, mop, etc.)
- Good attendance and reliability
- High school diploma or GED preferred
