This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas: Jasper County MO + surrounding counties including but not limited to McDonald, Newton, Lawrence, Barton & Vernon Counties PPV [ pay per visit] Routine 30-60min in home visits Flexible scheduling - We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load up to Full Time. Approx. 10 weekly visits Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month. Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.
