Transactions Paralegal

We are searching for a Transactions Paralegal to support our corporate business by reviewing and preparing contracts, managing M&A documentation, and ensuring accurate billing and legal processes. Responsibilities Assist in drafting, filing and following up on corporate contracts Coordinate contract review with internal and external counsel and subject matter experts Assist with due diligence on mergers and acquisition projects Prepare and maintain M&A documents and project organization and reporting Support general contracts and M&A‑based projects Research, analyze, and apply applicable transactional laws Review invoices from outside counsel and other service providers Assist with budgeting and expense tracking Provide general administrative support to attorneys in the Transactions Group Identify opportunities to use technology and AI to facilitate contract and M&A work Work proactively to improve contract and legal billing processes Open, close and manage files in matter management software Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail Outstanding level of organization Excellent written and oral communication Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Commitment to protecting confidentiality of sensitive information Proficient with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Accounting or financial background Equal Employment Opportunity/Veterans/Disability Employer.
