Job Summary: Performs all activities and functions within the Centralized Scheduling department to ensure appropriate scheduling of patient services.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school graduate, some college preferred.
- Minimum of five years of hospital experience including a minimum of two years of supervisory experience or related work.
- Must have knowledge of governmental, managed care prior approval, medical necessity, and reimbursement rules and regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
