Lead Production Operator C2 1st Shift 6A-2:30P (#6767) Conway, Arkansas, United States Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively report issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians Submit all recorded downtime and machinery adjustment information to Supervisor and share with Maintenance Technicians Participate in ongoing education for all pieces of equipment when opportunities arise Assist with breaks and lunches to maintain machine performance for the full production shift Coordinate with Material Handlers to ensure proper raw materials are available at each machine and remove non‑used materials from around the machines Act as Leader of the shift when Supervisor is absent or on vacation, ensuring all operations run smoothly Qualifications Attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to give work instructions to all single serve teammates Willingness to train and expand knowledge of machine operations Ability to improve production equipment performance, achieve high efficiency, and reduce waste Experience in training and providing constructive criticism to improve personnel knowledge of machinery Collect data for daily reporting to upper level management High school diploma or GED Microsoft Office experience Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled EEO is the Law #J-18808-Ljbffr
