As a Business Banking Support Specialist, you will work directly with customer accounts, responding to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction, supporting relationship managers, and promoting our One Bank strategy. Responsibilities Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share. Retain and deepen client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely, and professional. Identify potential problems and compliance issues. Maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. Identify products and services that meet clients’ unmet needs. Reduce risk to the bank and ensure timely and accurate compliance to procedural, policy, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Basic: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; typically seven or more years of job‑related experience. Preferred: Considerable knowledge of departmental and bank products and services. Proven customer service and problem‑resolution skills. Experience working with business banking/commercial clients. Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Location & Schedule This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring a minimum of three days per week in office, with the option to work from other locations for the remaining days.
