Lead will perform and manage eco-friendly cleaning jobs for residential and small office spaces
Job description:
Position is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and field work
- Assist in receiving customer calls
- Manage and coordinate daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Order, track and maintain cleaning inventory products
- Perform cleanings as Team Lead and follow service checklist
- Carry out quality control checks
- Displays attention to detail and high-quality work
- Communicate professionally with clients and recommend efficiency improvements for the company
- Provide excellent customer service
- Attend Team Meetings
Job Requirements:
- 3 years prior cleaning service and team lead experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable, Organized, Hands On
- Have some experience using the computer and be able to navigate the cleaning app to schedule and communicate with customers and owners
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English
