**Experience or 'Must have' skills:** General Surgery experience and Ortho experience **Required Certifications:** BLS, RN License, ACLS, and PALS **Active License or Application Process:** Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated **Clinical Experience:** Experience in General Surgery and Orthopedics **EMR System:** EPIC **BSN Required:** False **Charge Nurse/Leadership Experience:** Charge Nurse available on shift; House Supervisor available 24/7. Charge nurse might work in a room or take call if needed. **Call Requirements:** Weeknight call 1-2 days a week; weekend call required one weekend a month; holiday call rotation. **Scrubbing:** Not required **OR Techs:** Work with surgical technologists in the OR **Skills:** Understanding that OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and requires a negative drug screen for all panels
