POSITION SUMMARY: RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES: DCP

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: RN, 5+ years' experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: RN 

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hours, 5 days a week START DATE: 7/19/26
