HealthYes Staffing Network is representing a premium, modern private primary care clinic in the Palo Alto/Bay Area seeking a Board-Certified Physician for summer vacation coverage. With a relaxed pace of one patient every 30 minutes and absolutely no call responsibilities, this outpatient-only role is perfect for a local provider looking for a high-quality, part-time summer engagement.

Key Highlights

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (15 hours/week).
• Ideal Summer Schedule: Weekdays only, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Keep your mornings and weekends completely free.
• No Call: 100% outpatient care; zero weekend call duties.
• Manageable pace with adult population, ages 18–65.
• Highly open to a locum-to-permanent arrangement.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted California Medical License.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
• Bonus: Civil Surgeon designation is a major plus, though not required.

Compensation

Pay Range: $150.00 – $200.00 per hour (Competitive hourly contract rate commensurate with experience, provided in compliance with CA pay transparency requirements).
