CT Technologist

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level II trauma center, requiring 2+ years of experience and GE CT scanner proficiency. Requirements BLS certification required RT (R)(CT) certification required IEMA certification required Active license required if applicable Minimum 2 years of experience required, 3 years preferred Experience with IV starts, stroke and chest pain work-ups, and trauma cases GE CT scanner experience required Epic EMR experience required Responsibilities Hospital-based CT department within a 176-bed Level II trauma, Magnet, Chest Pain, and Stroke Center Patient population includes ED, inpatient, outpatient, stroke, chest pain, procedural, and trauma cases Department averages 50-75 patients per day 8-hour day shift schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM 40 standard hours per week on an 8-week scheduling cycle Weekend rotation required every 4th weekend On-call rotation required on an 8-week cycle, details discussed in interview Holiday coverage per unit needs No floating required Uses Epic EMR Uses GE CT scanners with experience required 24/7 hospitalist, intensivist, and trauma team support within the department Facility orientation includes New Employee Orientation (NEO) and 1 week of precepted shifts RTO requests subject to manager approval Scrub color required is Caribbean blue Free parking available Well-qualified first-time travelers will be considered Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate with no radius restrictions Former Advocate Health employees must be separated for at least 12 months before becoming eligible for travel assignment Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs #J-18808-Ljbffr
