Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to support customer acquisition promote available products and services and contribute to daily sales performance. This position involves engaging directly with prospective customers identifying purchasing needs and presenting tailored solutions through professional face-to-face interactions.

The ideal candidate is confident persuasive and comfortable working toward measurable objectives. This role requires strong product knowledge effective communication and the ability to guide customers through purchasing decisions while maintaining a positive and professional experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage prospective customers through direct in-person sales interactions.

Identify customer needs purchasing priorities and relevant product preferences.

Present available products and services based on individual customer requirements.

Explain product features pricing benefits and promotional offers accurately.

Develop tailored product recommendations that address customer interests.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when applicable.

Respond to customer questions and address common purchasing concerns.

Communicate the value of available offerings through clear and effective sales conversations.

Guide interested customers through product selection and purchasing decisions.

Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant products or services.

Support customer acquisition initiatives and contribute to new business activity.

Build professional relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and repeat engagement.

Maintain familiarity with current products service updates and promotional campaigns.

Work toward established individual and team sales performance objectives.

Monitor daily sales activity and maintain accurate records when required.

Follow up with interested customers regarding product information and purchasing questions.

Share customer feedback purchasing trends and common concerns with team members.

Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate sales activities and maintain consistent customer communication.

Participate in sales training product briefings and team performance discussions.

Follow established company guidelines for customer interactions sales practices and documentation.

Complete additional sales and customer engagement responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in sales customer acquisition retail or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence initiating conversations and presenting products to prospective customers.

Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Strong listening negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Comfortable explaining product value pricing and available options.

Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to work toward sales objectives.
