Operations Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center. Our Operations Manager needs to be an individual who can lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations across our three businesses: food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. As Operations Manager you will assist the GM and AGM in staffing and training team members, overseeing operations and guest experience in all service areas, and ensuring we deliver an exceptional product. What we’re looking for: 1-2 years of management experience Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for guests and team Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members Adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements Drive best practices through the organization and lead process improvement Address service or customer issues of an operational nature Why join our team?
