Position Details:

Join Hartford Hospital's Emergency General Surgery team, where you can practice at your full scope and participate in caring for the hospital's most critically ill surgical patients. The Advanced Practitioners (APPs) are this team's main clinical drivers of care and work consistently with the most advanced Acute Care Surgeons. This role is a hybrid of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with occasional OR opportunities in the future. The Advanced Practitioners (APPs) are part of a multidisciplinary team that plans and delivers care for surgical patients from the emergency room to the operating room, surgical floors, critical care units, and outpatient setting .

Role : Open to Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners

Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient Setting

Schedule: Full-time, 3x13 hour shifts. Monday-Friday 6am-7:30pm. No nights. Premium differentials offered .
