As Runlayer's first Brand Designer, the full-time remote position will lead brand execution across marketing, web, and events, while collaborating closely with design and marketing teams to define and launch the Runlayer brand. Key responsibilities Lead brand execution across marketing, web, and events, balancing foundational work with high-visibility moments Design sales enablement and marketing materials, including decks, webpages, and trade show booth designs Build generative AI brand tools and standards to enhance the speed and quality of brand work across the company Required qualifications Strong creative point of view with a proven track record in defining or evolving a brand Proficiency in design and presentation tools, such as Figma and Google Slides Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively Interest in developing custom AI tooling to scale brand work Ability to create compelling visual stories that resonate with a broad audience
