Schedule you can count on Full time: 2 weekends a month, plus 1 weekday off every week. Part time: 1 weekend a month. Either way, you'll know your schedule ahead of time and build your life around it, not the other way around.

What you'll earn $30 per visit full time, $22 per visit part time. Paid mileage at $0.64 per mile. Weekly pay every Friday.

What you'll do Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes under the direction of the RN case manager. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per the plan of care. Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN and physician. Educate patients and family members on care needs, medication, and safety. Document visits accurately and timely to support continuity of care. Collaborate with the care team, including RNs, aides, and therapy staff.

What we're looking for Active LPN license in Oklahoma. Home health experience preferred, though we welcome LPNs looking to try something new. CPR certification. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
